An established in-person patient visit should be scheduled for health concerns that require in-person evaluation and treatment. These visits are intended for conditions that cannot be effectively managed through virtual consultations, such as physical exams, procedures, or urgent health issues needing direct, hands-on care. All visits that can be effectively managed virtually, please schedule a televisit.

Telemedicine appointments give you the freedom to access your visit via computer or smartphone for your convenience. Only available to Oregon patients. Please do not book this appointment if you are a new patient (see in-person options). This visit can be booked to review a treatment plan, review diagnostic testing, and reevaluation of your individualized needs. This may include medication management, refills, new health concerns, and discussing new treatment options. This appointment type should not be chosen if you are a new patient. PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ONLY DO TELEVISITS WITH PATIENTS WHO LIVE IN OREGON.
